• AI Leadership: Lead engineer on Airtable's AI team. Built AI field, Q&A capabilities, billing systems and multi-modal capabilities. Specialized in productizing AI and infrastructure scaling.
• Engineering Management: Led engineering teams as a Engineering Manager/Tech Lead at top tech companies. Built and managed multiple full-stack teams of engineers. Hired dozens of engineers and developed internal talent up to the staff level.
• Product Management: Led New User Experience as Senior PM at Airtable, driving 30% increase in retention. Shepherded multiple products from conception to launch.
• Staff-level Engineering Skills: Built foundational frameworks at Dropbox, including a file ID system powering shared links and six other major products.
